Worst customer service I've ever had on Etsy. Ordered as a Christmas gift on December 6th with estimated shipping time of Dec. 16th at the latest. I messaged the seller on the 16th. Rather than take responsibility for their communication, they blamed Etsy for not posting times properly and stated that they had 10 days to ship. On Dec. 18th, tracking showed that they created a label but had not shipped. I contacted them again at which point they still offered no apology but finally shipped the item. Item arrived on 12/26. After contacted seller again, they offered no apology and refused to make it right.

I purchased this for my sister and she loves it! It's well crafter and the purple glittery filament is so pretty in person. It was well packaged and arrived very quickly.
