What is the return policy?
At The Printed Maniac, we want you to feel great about your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review the guidelines below for returns and exchanges.
Standard Products (Non-Custom Items)
We offer a simple and easy return process for all standard (non-personalized) items.
- Returns must be initiated and shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
- Items should be returned in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Any loss in value due to damage, wear, or missing components may be deducted from the refund.
- To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please include original paperwork or your order number inside the package.
- Returns received without identifying information may experience delays in processing, as we may not be able to match the return to the correct order.

Custom & Personalized Products
All custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Because these items are made specifically for you, they cannot be restocked or resold. If you have any concerns about your order, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help.
What if my items are damaged, defective or incorrect?
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email us at support@theprintedmaniac.com and include
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with
- Your request
- A photograph demonstrating the quality of the item or the damaged area of the product.
*The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future manufacturing. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders go into production 4 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email support@theprintedmaniac.com and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with, and
- Your request.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Our processing time to ship orders can take 2 - 5 business days and delivery is based on the shipping speed selected during check out.
After your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor its progress. For more information on shipping speeds, please see the section below.
Please be aware that unforeseen carrier delays and safety measures at our fulfillment center may occasionally extend delivery times beyond the standard shipping period. Additionally, our shipping partners may not make deliveries on national holidays. We appreciate your understanding in such instances.
What shipping speeds are available?
We ship all orders through USPS and offer a few different delivery speeds depending on how quickly you’d like your package to arrive:
- USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days)
The go-to option—reliable, affordable, and perfect for most orders.
- USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days)
A quicker option when you just can’t wait to add something new to your shelf.
- USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days)
The fastest option we offer. Best for last-minute gifts or “I need this now” moments.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order.
Shipping starts at $3.99 for domestic orders within the United States.
We also offer free shipping on domestic orders when your order total (before tax) exceeds $35.00.
Final shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally at our facility based out of Newark, Delaware which is about 45 mins away from Philadelphia.
